Mission
Massage has become increasingly popular as a natural treatment to help with medical issues such as stress, pain, rehabilitation, sports injuries, and recovery.
Over the years, people have become much more aware of their health and wellness with healthy eating, exercise, and a desire to decline or reduce the need for prescription medications. Massage therapy has been at the forefront of popularity as part of a healthy regimen and alternative medice strategy.
My goal is to incorporate massage therapy into people´s lives, as it is my passion to promote a healthy lifestyle.

I'M ALMUDENA
I am from Spain. Ever since I was a child, I knew I wanted to dedicate myself to the world of beauty.
In 2008, I finished my studies in personal aesthetics and after 10 years of experience working in this industry, I decided to study Chriomassage in 2017. After working in numerous spas and realising that this was my true passion, I decided to set up my own massage centre in the Canary Islands. After the pandemic started in 2020, I decided to move to Bristol where I founded Ritual.
My massage therapy treatments are able to help with stress relief, pain relief, rehabilitation, sports injuries, maintaining peak performance and improving mental and physical wellbeing.
